Monday Night, Is Blues Session Night!

Back in May 2020, I decided I wanted to do something mid-week and what better way than a Monday Night Blues Session!

Since then, the show has grown legs of its own, and I've branched out into getting guests on "virtually" to jam with me...

Head on over to my YouTube Channel for more Blues Session Episodes.

The New Monday Blues Show Jingle (March 2021)

Each of my shows has it's own trademark jingle. On Episode #06 I wrote a backing track called 'Shufflin' Home' which reminded me of a Blues/Rock Gary Moore tune, and it became the official jingle of the show... Huzaah!

In March 2021, I updated the video intro keeping the same jingle, but I wanted to highlight some of the guests so far who have appeared on the show.

Jammin' With More People...

The Monday Blues Session serves as a platform for musicians to come and jam with me on an episode.
I create all the backing tracks myself and make them all available for download too, encouraging people to use them in their own jams!

Fab Guests & Bluesy Fun...

The Monday Blues Session is all about having fun jamming over backing tracks or with special guest musicians. Each episode is different.
Currently, on the show so far, I've had Jasper Stainthorpe on Bass (Then Jerico), Phil Starr on Drums (Sham 69), and guest guitarists Darren Hunt, Paul Chisnell and Geoff Lea, with many more players already signed up to be a part of it.

Check out Steve Jamming on the 'River Blue' Track...

"...A one take jam taken from a Monday Night Blues Session produced this original new song, complete with a great new melody. I have no idea where it came from, but I am so glad I kept it. Hope you like it!..."

Free backing tracks for download.

Grab The Tracks, Get Jammin'...

One of the requirements of me doing this Monday Blues Session show was that the backing tracks I used on each episode were given away for free. Click the track name to download the MP3 and start jamming right away...
